- Q02Do I need a technical background?
- No. If you can write a clear message, you can build with today's AI tools. We use no-code, AI-native builders — you'll ship something that genuinely works without writing code.
- Q03What exactly do I get for £99?
- The two-week Build — start it the day you join, work through it at your own pace, and submit a short demo video within 30 days — all six deliverables (a working AI tool, demo video, case study, CV bullet, LinkedIn post and interview script), plus your first month of GlowUp Club, which starts the moment you join. After that it's £19/month, auto-renews, cancel anytime.
- Q04When does it start?
- Doors open on Tuesday 1 September 2026. After that, whenever you want — there are no cohort dates and nothing to wait for — you join, and the Build opens straight away. You've then got 30 days to work through it and submit your demo.
- Q05How do I complete the Build?
- You record a short demo video of the tool you've built — a free Loom account works, so does your phone — and submit the link. I watch every one personally and come back to you within 48 hours with feedback, then mark your Build complete. That video is also one of your six deliverables, so it's doing double duty.
- Q06Is there anything live?
- One members' call a month, two hours, open format. Some people demo what they've built, some bring questions, some just listen. Turning up is optional and it's recorded either way. The Build itself is self-paced so you're never blocked waiting for a session.
- Q07What if I don't know what to build?
- That's where the Build starts. We tear down real listings for your target role with AI and find a genuine recurring task worth automating. Nobody arrives with an idea; everybody leaves with one.
- Q08How much time does it take?
- Roughly 3–5 hours a week of guided build time. Default pace is two weeks; you've got 30 days from joining to submit your demo, so there's room if life happens.
- Q09Can I get a refund?
- You get a 14-day cooling-off right — but because your Club access and content unlock immediately when you join, you consent at checkout to starting straight away, and that ends the automatic refund right once you've accessed the content. The joining fee is non-refundable once you've accessed the build content. Your £19/month membership is separate and cancellable anytime in one click.

- Q15Can my parents pay?
- Yes, and lots do. Use the applicant's name and email at checkout with the parent's card — the confirmation and everything after goes to the applicant.
- Q16What tools will we use?
- Claude, ChatGPT, and no-code/AI-native builders (Lovable-class app builders; Zapier/Make where automation fits). All have free tiers good enough for the Build.
- Q17Will I need to pay for anything else?
- No. The tools you build with are covered for the whole Build — you won't be asked for a card, an API key or a separate subscription. The tool you build is transferred to your own account at the end, so it stays yours.
